Curcumin could be a helpful supplement to our diets to reduce inflammation.
Curcumin benefits explained by Steven Joyal – Life Extension

In this fairly established video Dr Joyal explains the benefits of curcumin. A paper is referenced in the video, which is good. And he elucidates that curcumin is beneficial for inflammation and that their form of curcumin is more “bio available” then others. Since the launch of this video new formulations are available which are much better, such as CurcuminX4000.
An interesting video none the less – if a bit brief.
